Pricing: Do you have estimates on total cost? When will the full cost of my treatment be determined? Is that pricing set down in writing?
Patient Testimonials: Do you provide testimonials from past patients? Can I speak to past and present patients directly?
Sedation and Anesthesia: What kind of sedation or anesthesia will be used prior to the surgery? Do you offer alternatives? Who will administer the sedation or anesthesia, and what is this person’s experience level?
Day of the Surgery: How much of my treatment will be completed on day one– can I expect to go home with my extractions and placement of the implants done, and the first set of teeth all in place? If not, what can I expect to go home with on day one, and when will my first set of teeth be secured?
Follow-up Care: What type of follow-up care or pledge program is provided? What happens if an implant fails? Is this in writing?
Ongoing Cleanings: Do you offer ongoing cleanings after my treatment is complete? What is the cost of these cleanings? How often should I be going to cleanings?
Long-term Oral Health: Will the dentist provide recommendations for the preservation of both my current and future oral health?
Overall Satisfaction: What happens if I am unhappy with the esthetics of my teeth?

- Is the dentist a general dentist or a Prosthodontic specialist?
Who is performing the surgery?
- How many full-arch restorations has the surgeon completed in the past? What is their success rate? How many implants have they placed, and what is their success rate?
- Is the doctor a general dentist or an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon specialist?

Is the dental laboratory on-site or an off-site, third-party affiliate?
How many years has the lab technician been practicing? How many cases have the doctor and lab technicians worked together on?
What level of certification does the lab technician have?
